Last time I checked I do not believe I saw the election document along with all the other August 8 docs. In any case, it was filed on August 8th and is on IFW now. They are electing Group IV claims 45-62 for prosecuation on the merits. Those claims look like a super 148 in the making?

What might we expect with regard to the other 6 groups? Would those applications show up on the 09/051263 continuity tab if they are pursued? Can they retain the earlier filing date? TIA for any insight/comments. Opty
