Kinda like the sound of that entity! Bodes for Acquisition 2 Corp. & Acquisition 3 Corp., etc. etc. etc. Looks like the plan is coming together. I hope the 10K serves to bolster the share price, and again, the BOD BUYING certainly wouldn't HURT the shareprice at a time when the value of the shares will be paramount, ie. the 10 days prior to the settlement date.
