I think the stock price may matter over the next 3 weeks.... In mergers when giving stock they will often take the average stock price over a time period.... If we have a higher price thus a lower Dilution....... of course we have no details.. I am only using personal experience when I have owned stock and a merger has occurred....Just my take so...BUY BUY BUY...I want and think we are under valued here.....
