Good link, but recognize that these are the (smallish) contracts executed on 8/4/08 only, and may not include all of them executed on this day. Note that this is release 650-08. The 650th such release so far this fiscal year. Note the types of contracts. Several mods to existing contracts. The big money contracts, and contracts to support overall initiatives (many contracts to support multiple grand schemes) usually hit on or shortly after 1 Oct (assuming the federal budget is done).
