A possible scenario may resemble the following:
$10 million Cost Breakdown - 50-50 split Cash & Shares
$5M + 25M PTSC shares (25,000,000 X $.20)
IMO, any combination like the above scenario is reasonable and is not a big dilution hit, especially if the PTO re-exams are successful.
