We need the up front moneys for M/A. At this time, I do not believe, asking for royalties in our best interest with the strategy we have trying to move the company foward with and branch out.

At some point we will demand royalties and they will have no choice, but for now it benefits us with our strategy to move foward and it benefits the signee.

I like RG and I believe one day he will be able to tell us his reasoning for everything that is going on but not while we are at the negotiating table with so many companies. They would try to use any form of weakness we have against us in negotiations.
