We continue to see strong interest from companies that wish to reduce their royalty exposure and the possibility of supply chain disruptions..

What we're seeing is that lump sum payments are ...STILL...being used as the main source of licenses...those signing up now are probably doing so to save themselves money for sure and in turn lessening our possible revenues esp. on an ongoing basis. They need to get ongoing royalties in the mix asap ..the longer we do one time payments the harder it will be to negotiate for future royalties from others...our PTO position right now should not prohibit royalty demands...and the more we do of these the harder it will be to sell to others on our ongoing est.'s for earnings.

Like I've said before I'd prefer they wait for the PTO review, if that's their reasoning for no royalty payments, before they persue other licenses....unless of course they get an offer they just can't turn down. JMHO
