Well remember, even though the Cohen report is in much greater detail than the Dutton one, (which IMO is no more than a C&P of our own PR's, what a joke) their worst case scenario is based on a 9% growth rate too...if that's not attained then their numbers all change.

And if you read the next to last sentnece on the last page of the report you'll see we paid ....$49,500.00....for them to write this report too.

I can't wait for the day till we start getting some analysts reports from the brokerage houses recommending us. I'll take them without a grain salt when we get to read them...unpaid for.
