I beg to differ......PTSC cannot simply increase authorized shares at will...The only way Authorized shares may be increased is formal approval by shareholders. It may very well be in included in the upcoming proxy you will receive in September.

P.S. A lot of thoughts come to mind regarding the recent Letter.
