Many are making the assumption that we all know about how much cash PTSC has. Let me remind all that we are waiting to see the 10K. Perhaps there is more cash that will be reported than people think. I'm holding low expectations for the 10K but hoping to be surprised in a good way for a change.

IMO RG is confident that the patents will be revalidated. In his June 16th letter he provided a link to the Choate report.

I like the fact that the management team isn't sitting on their laurels waiting for TPL or the USPTO to do something. This is what RG needs to do and obviously he has a plan and is acting on it. How refreshing is it to have a real CEO and team working and doing something positive to build this company?

I am impressed with the communication to shareholders. Much improved from previuos CEO's IMO. It does seem however, that communication increases as share price decreases. Lets hope as the shareprice rises the good communication will continue.

I like the direction that RG is taking the company I'm impressed with him so far.
