not that they could reveal what the response is (which we'll know soon enough) but to at least mention that they are (for example) "working it out and are expecting their response soon" wouldn't be going out on a limb and would indicate light at the end of the re-exam tunnel. It has got to be a MAJOR concern of theirs and by completely ignoring this MAJOR issue doesn't help us any. IMHO.
