When Fujitsu deals with a downstream users ..my take is they are obligated to only infrom the user they may not be covered under the MMP license purchased by Fujitsu... My guess it appears in some type of purchase agreement... Sun is under no conditional agreement from Fujistu... it is a buyer be ware...



SGE if you are correct will se Sun on the list soon... so time will tell
