You are right - I'm reading too much in. I managed to open the other FS-provided link (non-pdf) and got too few clues. Much ado about nothing, I'm afraid. However, the Fujitsu-Sun link may be helpful toward a Sun license at some point (after re-certification, and with effective contractual limitations or ongoing royalties, please!). I would suspect there is some sort of JV/Teaming Agreement in place, but if they're using Sun chips (though jointly developed) and Sun is doing the selling through their subsidiary, the situation is no different than it was "yesterday". One thing is for sure, IMO, and that is that Fujitsu's license doesn't cover.
