Message: Re: We've got with BOSCH the automotive and the patent "king"

However, the most impressive sign for me it, that Bosch is within Eurpoe even in then world one of the biggest inventor and patent owner. They have the knowlege and the patent atternoeys to counter the MMP, but they decide to buy a license. IMO, a very good sign concerning the MMP strength!!!!!

Yes s402005,

I very much agree with the above and just add a question concerning the following (bold-faced):

By acting quickly to purchase a MMP license, Bosch will enjoy a real cost advantage over slower-moving competitors, said Joe Minville, Vice President of Automotive and Heavy Equipment Licensing for Alliacense. By removing potential financial liabilities and supply chain interruptions, Bosch has demonstrated its deep commitment to the satisfaction and well-being of their customers.

Do you think I'm wrong with taking those words literally, I mean as they are spoken?

To my mind Mr. Minville implies with the above that the companies that are licensing even now get an advantage, but at the same time for hesitating ones, there is not much time left and they for sure will have to pay more or even have to. The word "quickly" also means in my understanding that there is only a very little time left before they (Alliacense) get in full command of the power -by the validation of their patents- to stop the supply chains. To judge by Mr. Minville's words, he must be quite sure about the validation of the patents.

By taking those statements as descibed, I think is legitimate to be greatly hopeful with things going on.

If you consider those words to be just an idle threat, like perhaps many others before, you will, on the one hand, be pushed arround by doubts and to add, on the other hand, at the same time you allege that Alliacense, TPL, PTSC are intentionally misleading the potential licensees and above this, their shareholders. Wouldn't this be criminal and shouldn't this case then be submitted to the SEC for examination?

I take the words as they only can meant to be written for, that is for my consolation despite the unrational low pps.

I know, this world is not good and there are many people with a spirit of mischief but those are by far not all.

All the best to you and everyone

Jerry
