Big question is in knowing which direction Patriot`s headed in their legal strategy. If they continue with their current strategy, I`d suspect whoever they want (and get) will be put on an accellerated track. The Fogel spanking may produce some negative vibes - If thats the case, the skids might have to be greased a bit.

If they get a top caliber firm on 100% contingency, great, I hope that`s the case.

Here`s to hoping they put the cash in short-term investments to assist the bottom line. Beside the IP litigation push, their objectives should be increasing revenue - one way or another.

(As a side note, Cisco has somewhere @ $17 Billion in cash or equivalents - the income from that cash interest is a major reason they`re able to keep producing exceptional quarters)... granted, PTSC isn`t in the same universe as Cisco...)
