Joda,

Based on my experience with other "story" stocks in penny land, if there are no dollars attached it is pretty much received as fluff.

A very good example is the recent pphm news. The figure of 44 million was included in the headline. Of course and unbiased reading of the news stated UP TO 44 million.

I would think that after the Texas settlement, and the absolutely wild speculation and wild analysis of the NDA and no trading clause that most unemotional investors are taking it with a grain of NaCl.

FWIW (nothing) I am really waiting on the annual report which is about a month away. It is very difficult to mask an SEC doc. Then the reality light will be turned on ever so briefly, once again.
