The capabilities of certain BOD members is questionable. Of that there is little dispute. Thing is they probably are aware of this as well. Quite possible that they understand to have the best shot at getting some value for all the options/shares they are holding is to get some people on board that have the capabilities and stay out of their way. I do believe this has happened.

IMO Whether or not any particular member remains on the board is not a critical question, as long as they understand that future decisions should be made by company management not the BOD.

What should we be concerned about relative to the BOD?

My main concern is options. Given the last few years of pain, I don't want to see any options granted to anyone other than the commitments in RG's contract and new board member(s). Regardless of how one votes on any board member in the future, I would hope that shareholders will vote to constrain the option granting and ask that any future options be at a strike price that would represent some sp progress, not just reflection of the current sp. IMHO Opty
