KSR could not have been foreseen.

Quanta does NOT have that much influence, see also RG's statement.

If I was a professional patent lawyer and part of a bigger patent lawyer company like TPL the re exams had to be expected.

Back to start again...;-)...or do you really think, the KSR decision alone changed the whole situation between 2004 and 2007?
