I'm sorry ... I didn't give your whole post enough thought before responding.

You asked what we should do when some on this board try to deflect and confuse us, so that they can run the show; should we be"positive" and "nice". I think we can engage them in an exchange of ideas and opinions without it becoming an argument, rather than a discussion.

Like you, I feel frustrated with posters that do this time and time again. I don't think we need to let them "run the show"; I believe we can call people on their thinking in a respectful way. We need to ask them to be clear about their issues and tell us why they think the way they do.

Also, your point about uniting, as shareholders, in a desire to see change in our BoD is understandable. Until the recent addition of RG and the new BoD members, we saw very little progress, if any. So, yes, uniting in our concern is a positive thing, but we have to be careful how we do things. We don't want the world to see PTSC as an unwise investment because of past leadership.
