Your right to be mad. But its not going to change a thing.
Ptsc doesn`t have to answer to big institutional buyers or analysts thats how it is. Its a penny stock. and until it gets its head out of its ass it will always be a penny stock. The only way you can make money on any of these stocks is sell into a 20% run up then buy back in when they sell off.
