You want shareholders to unite behind the removal of the BOD and yet you continue to support a division of shareholders who have left this forum to form a Yahoo forum and now seek our support. Many here who have supported the very shareholders that have left.

You want someone accountable for the poor decisions made in the past OK, here are two names David Pohl and Jim Turley. These CEO's are no longer with the company. Rick Goerner the new CEO was hired by the old BOD and from what I see he's doing a fine job so far. Why can't we give Goerner, Schrock, Bibeau and Trednick a shot at taking us in the right direction. We agree these people seem to be well qualified and IMO have the ability on there own, to steer this ship on the correct course. Sometimes things get done with less chiefs making decisions especially in what I consider the infancy stage of the new PTSC. The old BOD members are not stupid and IMO recognize the expertise of the people they put in charge and are going to support these four in their efforts and the direction they want to take the company. The share price sucks right now but IMO the witch hunt isn't going to do it any good right now unless you are trying to buy in lower.

Lets put off the shareholder revolt on the remaining BOD members and watch this company in it's infancy find it's footing before we disrupt anything. IF we see evidence that this new management and BOD is making poor decisions and if that happens I'll pick up a pitch fork and we'll go hunting the old guard side by side.
