RG's appointment of Schrock to the board is very encouraging. Along with Tredennick he can provide much needed giudance to the other board members and support for RG. The three amigos, Johnson, Felcyn and Falk have substantial number of shares behind them. I do not see how can get rid of them and we are just going to have to live with it.

The important thing is to distinguish between the day to day management from the part time BOD. I have a lot of confidence in RG. He made another interesting move by bringing in Bibeau. The company seems poised for real growth.

As the company performs better and can provide good Q to Q performance the market will take notice. Then the SP will go up and finally meet our expectations. The modest expectations not the wild ones we saw with the speculation on the J3 settlement.

The J3 settlement reported in the last Q report really shook the tree of speculators. I think there were a lot of people in this stock with the expectation of PTSC performing like Google. When that didn't happen they bailed and the selloff hurt the SP.

The key really seems to be the USPTO. Nothing new there since it has been discussed at length here. Unfortunately it is moving at a snails pace and we can only wait as our nerves become even more frayed and tempers shortened. Hopefully we can focus on the real issues with PTSC such as patent validation, M&A activities, license agreements, etc.
