With all due respect (lots), I don't understand why some choose to look at bogus bid/ask data, and then post about it. IT'S WRONG!

I recommend you go here:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/Info_Center...

for a more accurate, albeit 20-minute delayed, LII bid/ask view. Enter the symbol, and hit "Depth/LII". Sometimes you have to do it more than once to get it to work - but it's certainly worth it for a better view of "delayed reality".
