Absolutely...in fact all parties involved want to wait till the reexam has some finality to it....the winner of the reexam has one heck of a hole card to play when negotiating...and the doubt of the patent's strength, or lack thereof, is removed, along with the negotiation tactic of using the reexam as an excuse to enforce or not enforce the patent claims.
