bill, I'm encouraged to see some action/movement on the 336.

does the patent owner know what's in the letter before we see the office action listed?

meaning does Chuck know right now what's in the 336 non final action right now today??

just curious as to the timing of the Falk's buying stock today.

it's the ACTION that speaks louder than the dollar amount.

the Falk's own MILLION's of shares. they are not being greedy and buying lots more, they are sending a SHOW of SUPPORT. IMHO.

maybe we can gage the timeframe a little better on the 336 once we read this next action letter.
