Seems Like Examiner is Going Out of His Way

If I'M reading page 10 correctly, the examiner references the 148 claim 'occupying a majority of said singe substrate (See Fig 33, whereby memory arrays MARYO-MARY# occupy the majority of the total area of the substrate.)'

I can not find it anywhere where it states what the examiner is saying which is underlined above. Anybody, please correct me if I'm wrong and it does say that somewhere. If not then -

The 4956811 prior art rejection is based, not on any words, but on the scale provided in Fig 33 diagram? Yikes! If this is the case, then the examiner is going out of his way to insure this is rejected. Does anyone have access to Fig 33? Wonder if there is any descriptive notes that address this issue or just the diagram in Fig 33? Opty
