The reference to Kajigaya came from either the examiner searching more and finding it, from the J cases, the T cases or from a filing we made like our IDS file that contained maybe a reference to it.

I cannot find Kajigaya in the T cases; could be in the J case info that was under seal but maybe referenced by us in the litgation search too.
