Yep, I read it (before), and you are right IMO, that's it in a nutshell.

It seems the question that remains is whether our team can improve their input(s) and/or argue down these latest "hickups". They've done it before (prior rejection), can they do it again?

Bottom line is that I suspect this will indeed take some time. They've got 60 days, it appears - can they pull it off in 30? And then the PTO will have to consider the response.....

It appears that "last time" the rejection was issued on 12/21/07, and a meeting to resolve conducted shortly before 2/12/08. But there were a few holidays in there.

Hopefully they will move out on this.....and prevail.

What's that word again?......oh ya, PATIENCE.
