Did someone receive yesterday's news per mail?

Normally I get the news from PTSC via mail, but not yesterday:

"Patriot’s President and CEO, Rick Goerner, said: “The signing of Hoya is yet another validation of our ongoing licensing activities for the MMP™Portfolio through TPL. Since the beginning of 2008, we have announced 11 new licensees for the MMP™ Portfolio.”"

Is Hawks already out of the game?
