I suggest that the reason for the demise of the SP is a few factors none of which is because of what the BOD did do, or failed to do..

1) 1st and foremost the reexams.

2) The lack of TPL inking new licenses.

3) The NDA's associated with the J's settlement.

4) The bashers and flippers that frequent this board.

5) The BOD spending $100 Million in divies that decreased the companies cash and pushed back M&A for a few years. Needless to say, we could have upgraded our M&A with $100 million more in our pocket.
