I think it's safe to say that no one really knows the answer for sure. Unless you're a patent attorney who is familiar with the case and the patents, toss a coin.

One semi-comforting note is that more than one EE and a couple of attorneys who made appearances on this board felt that the 336 patent was the strongest.
