From the assignment records it is stated - TPL is assignee of at least a portion of right, title and interest on inventor Charles H. Moore in patent 5809336. PTSC is the assignee of entire right, title and interest relating to Fish .......
So it would appear that Moore did not give TPL all of his 50%. Which means that Chuck still has some say about the future of the MMP. IMHO
Reading of all prior arguments was fascinating. While at the time the application was being prosecuted, it seemed like the examiner, David Eng, was giving Moore a difficult time. He didn't seem to grasp the significance of the invention, and kept asking for more and more clarifications in the wording. All the resulting ammendments added to the strength of the patent!
