There have been so many docs on Pacer lately I have fallen behind and I usually have a tough time understanding them completely anyway. Am I correct in thinking that we are still in California (per this pacer) waiting it hear if both cases will be consolidated in E. Texas? If I am correct what exactly in your opinion would be the next step in that effort and are we still, in your opinion better off going to E. Texas as it is now my I think been found to be a 50/50 proposition on who is favored in that court also because of previous high profile rulings that court is now supposedly as backed up and as lengthy as Ca.
