Hi Edward,

Rick does not now have, nor has he ever had, a financial investment in
NuPOWER. He knew of NuPOWER prior to his arrival at Patriot, assisting
them in looking at financing options.

I guess what was indicated on the employment document was waht the company needed, not his involvment. Ok Good.
