I think you are correct to a certain degree. Although I didn't jump, I did move other stocks into a cash position in preparation. Once real news does break then I think there will be a good run. I hope those that are underwater can profit from it at that time. today's run equates to approximately 200 people buying 10k each ( or approx $3800 each), or any combination there of. The price is cheap enough right now for that kind of quick speculation. I do think that a double just based in 148 confirmation will be pushing it. But it will be a good start. Unfortunately we will have to wait and see the 10k to see how much the licenses have been really selling for and what our profit is. I do not think the current lawsuit/mediation will be settled by then.

If you are a trader and sell half at a double that equates to a free ride. It doesn;t get any better than that.
