Well thats very possible then. An exminer can comment once the intent to issue a certificate of reexmination has been put in the US Mail. It now becomes a public document. Before this occurs they are supopsoped to bery tight lipped but once they notify the company and mail it they can comment.

If it has been mailed it should show up on the USPTO website if mailed today...at the latest Monday.

Meanwhile the company should have a PR on it today if they receive the intent letter and again the latest by Monday. Once again, it is now public and definitely an event that would have to be PR'd.
