You've hit on the most disheartening thing about this NuPower deal. They mention the huge potential, and that their IP is "substantiated", and that they already have customers for it. Apparently the market doesn't respect "potential" - which just strikes me as weird. Isn't the whole basis of the market about "potential" (positive or negative)? I guess the potential has to be realized before anyone takes notice - which IMO is too late to truly capitalize.
