Nothing wrong with that, but NuPower obviously didn't come along as a result of Patriot management beating the bushes in search of drop-dead IP (or a physical space-age widget for that matter), coming across NuPower and saying ah-hah!>

I think at this point RG needs to inform us of what his stake in NuPower was/is. The employment contract indicated that he provided financial support. Time to know how much. IMHO Opty
