Just popped in and saw this post. The offer was actually $7.5M PLUS royalty sharing. Not nearly as bad/measly as it appears on the surface, depending of course on how the "sharing" was proposed. If is was 50/50, that deal would have been better than what we ultimately got ($7.5M in cash, plus savings of ? in litigation costs against TPL, the bad lawyer/Higgins fiasco costs, Fish too maybe). 20-20 hindsight.....
