I thought the letter was great compared to previous PR's. Again I think with the latest PR's from Cohen and Dutton as well as current NuPower announcement we are starting to accelerate.

I took from the letter that they had to put an ease to Quanta / LG issue as to the plan that TPL has been working too and that life is still left in MMP.

I believe as to the USPTO comments he is saying some are coming now, but others 789? not sure i have the correct pattent numbers are coming later because re-exam was just asked for.

148 Certificate of Service coming and he speaks of re-exam process strengthening patents!

He EXPECTS more licenses from MMP!

M&A was a prep for NuPower and ???? possibly. Not sure. He says more to follow.

NuPower is good and reiterates that PTSC will continue in its IP licensing program. Why NuPower if MMP is defunct? He expects both to bring revenue. You can tell he is ok with TPL/Alliacense relationship otherwise why add more IP portfolios to license.

What he says he delivers on! I like it! Not just words but results!
