Apparently a change in Nupower's plans. In the July 2007 presentation the last statement was " Nupower completed the proof of concept and is ready to shift to production phase."

Looks like they decided licensing may provide quicker revs/profits than in-house production. Suspect that cost of in-house production was prohibitive for them.

Glad we have the expertise on our team to make the necessary value judgements on the IP. That is comforting. Opty
