I wonder how big of a problem the counterfeit parts are? X2Y makes mention of it on their site under IP protection. They may not be up to the task of enforcing and it may be causing deterioration of ongoing royalties and or new licensing. If so, I would think a good JV opportunity with TPL. Opty
