Hi Bill:

Kudos to RG for this letter. The main thrust appears to be to address the Supreme Court ruling as well as the USPTO proceedings. It is clear he is a close reader of this and other PTSC boards (note he refers to the "J3" litigation) and is endeavoring to enhance information flow and transparency.
