I thought the $700K was pretty low. So $700M. Strengthens what I'm suggesting.

Perhaps add up the annual revenues of all those 9 companies, then divide $27M by that sum and get an "average per" percentage? Then think "reasonableness" of that average percentage of annual revenues.

FWIW, which ain't much.
