If we can take Dutton at its word that ALL the licenses signed in February EXCEPT Tokyo Electron will be included in the Q4 financials, then based on the historical average of license fee-to-annual revenues, PDS will have earned about $11M for the quarter, so after expenses, PTSC will likely receive less than $5M for the quarter.

Here's what we have to date per the filings, and then the Q4 numbers are estimates based on the historical averages. Obviously we learned that the historical averages are NOT a great barometer since the settlements didn't meet the averages, but this at least provides a comprehensive list of licenses, their annual revenues as best I can find them, and the fees associated with each license or group of licenses as announced by PTSC. It's interesting that while PTSC won't tell Investors what licenses were and weren't included in the quarter, they apparently DID tell Dutton. I don't think that's proper, but at least we seem to be getting some information from them even if in a round-about way. (Excuse the formatting but the borders don't copy to Agoracom)
