Late night thoughts from a glass half full......

As I posted earlier when we were at aproximately 17.5 p/share this may be a time for the bold. It was bold to buy under ten cents but many of us did so then and we actually had less to hang our hats on at that time.

Today I would like to suggest that everybody read Ron's post which he made a few months back and which I earlier today asked him to repost. I remember reading it way back when and found it as usual well thought out and rational in premise. Ron, pulled no punches but laid out a scenario well worth thinking about.

I do feel that the company needs to and I am sure will soon post (with what degree of completeness I can only guess) how they and our patent legal counsel think our already completed license agreements are affected by this SC ruling. And our basic licensing outlook for the future.

Regarding our investment. At these prices what is the downside. If one needs to average down it sure does seem like this is as good a time as any. Personally I feel that our biggest risk herein (other than the patent re exam ruling) is that some entity is going to look and see that for less then eighty million dollars (closing price 6/9) they can purchase 1/2 of what could be a significant patent portfolio.

In closing I do not know if anybody on this site heard the presentation by Steve Jobs of Apple today as he made his WWDC presentation regarding the upgraded iPhone. It was not to many years ago you could buy this $85 dollar stock for well under $10 per share. It takes faith, DD to be in the market plus a whole lot of luck.

I hope and pray that RG can take a page out of Job's playbook and make a presentation to us that will not only alleviate concerns but also want the uninvested to seek a piece of our action.

To all thanks for letting me ramble and God Bless
