You lost me, please explain why Quanta would want to renegotiate anything.

The Quanta ruling, in my very humble opinion, opens the door for PTSC/TPL to go back to the likes of Intel to request more for the license fee, granted on the basis that PTSC/TPL would collect royalties from system manufacturers.
