Maybe the change started once Goerner got on board. It appears things slowed down to a trickle and then a stop right after he signed on. Maybe this is a strategy he brought to the game. Or maybe it was one already in the works that JT didn't like which is partially why he left. As GCduck says there is more going on than we know for sure.
