The idea of a moderator is a good one, but it should be limited to about three, IMO.

It appears patent re-exam has become more of a defensive manuever. Talk about the need for patent reform. Hopefully, in this case, our patents are strengthened. What prevents another group of infringers from also asking for re-exams? This process could go on forever.

Have any of the Californians' on this board considered requesting a sit down meeting with Goerner in our office to at least make them go through the motions to accomodate us. Maybe a small group would be able to get a feel for what is going on there day to day?
