Yesterday I received an answer to my questions regarding the "Interim period" and if and since when they terminated the contract with Agoracom. Here are the answers from the Company:

"1) The interim capacity may be converted to permanent capacity at anytime, but in no event shall exceed 9 months. The employment contract has the ability to be operable for 4 months plus one year and therefore, applicable provisions of the contract could extend into a post interim CEO period.

2) The relationship had been discontinued quite some time ago although we understand that Agoracom only recently updated the site. Patriot continues to evaluate its communications options."
